Peach Chia Tea

A Few Hungry Girls

If you read my Chia seed post you'll the down low on chia seeds! This tea is really easy, high in fiber, protien and really tasty! Here's how we did it: 


1. Brew 2 cups of tea. I used black tea because I need the caffeine in the morning lol. 

2. Allow to cool completely. 

3. Add in 1/4 cup of chia seeds 

4. Mix every few minutes so the seeds don't clump. Let sit about 5 minutes so the gel releases. 

5. DRANK! 

I made this last night and let sit overnight in the fridge. It's a great snack And can be drank with your breakfast as well!!
